As part of the art acquisitions for the Central Finland Central Hospital, massive hidden plank walls were constructed, onto which the artist Pasi Karjula carved his piece titled “Lähde”. The outer wall of the auditorium is made of hidden planks measuring 177×45 mm. It is a continuous wall that is 14 meters wide and 10 meters high, opening up to the central corridor of the hospital.
